Daniel Martins possesses more than 20 years of quality and operations oversight experience in various cGMP-regulated industries. Prior to joining Pentec Health, he gained working knowledge and industry experiences while employed at Colgate-Palmolive, Schering-Plough, KOS Pharmaceuticals, Osteotech, ALPHARMA (now Actavis) and Ohm Laboratories (acquired by Sun Pharma). Along with his years of experience, Dan brings with him a proven track record of noteworthy corporate compliance from his involvement in well over 50 inspections by multiple regulatory agencies, such as USFDA, USDEA and Health Canada (North America), COFEPRIS (Central America), ANVISA (South America) as well as various inspectors of the European Union.

Dan has been either the innovator and/or named on several corporate process and/or product patents pertaining to human tissue banking and implants (Osteotech). Additionally, he has extensive Lean Six Sigma experience regarding the enhancement of production processes and quality systems within the regulated industry, with a specified expertise concerning the implementation of interactive electronic Enterprise Resource Planning and Quality System(s) Monitoring/Controls.

Dan attended Monmouth University (where he studied Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology) and graduated from Emporia State University with a BS in Biology and a BS in Chemistry (with additional coursework towards a degree in Physics).
