Michael brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and management expertise to Pentec Health. He is responsible for leading the Specialty Infusion Service into a new growth phase. Most recently he served as the Brand Director for Respiratory Products at AstraZeneca with responsibility for Managed Markets, Pricing and Health Economics and Outcomes Research. His team led the launch of SYMBICORT® into the payer market and established a new industry benchmark for preferred formulary access at launch. Prior to joining AstraZeneca in 2002, Michael was with DuPont Pharmaceuticals for 15 years holding numerous positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as the Vice President of Managed Markets. Michael is credited with fundamentally changing thrombosis management in the United States through the creation of CoumaCare™ - a software solution that automates the process of care for patients taking warfarin. He is a proven leader in strategy development and tactical execution with specific expertise in value proposition creation through health economics and outcomes research. He earned his Bachelor's in Biology/Pre-Medicine from The University of West Florida.
