Charlie draws from his more than 30 years' experience in health services administration, workforce diversity leadership, and human resources management in his role as VP of HR at Pentec Health. Twenty-five of those years were spent with Connecticut's Yale New Haven Hospital, serving in a variety of administrative management roles, which broadened his scope of expertise. As Yale New Haven Hospital's first Director of Workforce Diversity, Charlie introduced and managed cutting-edge diversity interventions and support for the hospital's 6,000+ employees. Charlie also spent 7 years with the Florida Department of Health, as Human Resource Director for Seminole and Volusia Counties' Health Departments, and as the Assistant Director of Volusia County Health Department. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from New Hampshire College, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Haven.
