DISPUTE RESOLUTION: If a dispute arises between you and Pentec Health regarding this Agreement, it shall be resolved through the good faith negotiation of involved parties. Any disputes, controversies or claims not resolved through good faith negotiations shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, with arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Costs for arbitration and representation shall be borne individually by the respective parties to the dispute. The venue for any arbitration shall be the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Pentec Health relating to the subject matter herein.
