To ensure we achieve our commitment, Pentec embraces a compliance / governance model that includes robust Quality Systems / Controls that meet or exceed the expectations / requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), ICH and ISO Guidelines, the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) as well as all applicable Pharmacy Board operational criterions. Every employee at Pentec Health operates within a Quality Culture that has been adopted and is unfailingly nurtured by our fully engaged Executive Leadership (i.e., the CEO and Executive Heads of all departments) and is further maintained by the operational guidance of our independent Quality Unit that helps to ensure that our corporate goal of “only the best” is consistently achieved in everything we endeavor to do.

Pentec Health’s independent Quality Unit consists of separate Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments that are involved in all aspects of our products’ lifecycle. This unit ensures that our company follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) in our new FDA Registered (503B) Outsourcing Facility and wherever applicable in our more traditional pharmacy facilities. All of our highly competent staff are well-trained to achieve exceptionally high rates of accuracy and each takes personal pride to ensure their processes are consistently ‘Done Right First Time’ (DRFT) … it’s not just because we continually remind our staff to be ever-mindful of the patients that use our products and services, it’s because each employee genuinely cares and wants to help improve the lives of our patients that depend on us.
