Our Multidisciplinary Team exists to ensure every patient gets the best possible care. With representatives from Nursing, Pharmacy, Case Management, Intake Coordination and Reimbursement Services, the team meets regularly to discuss each patient’s individual case. You can rest assured that nothing is left to chance and nothing is overlooked.
