Improving Patient Outcomes Through Continuous Review

Pentec Health employs an innovative outcomes-based program that allows us to monitor clinical data on patients receiving IDPN and IPN therapy. This program is critical to the process of providing nutritional support — and to the health and well-being of each patient. Through our continued monitoring and analysis of patient data, our consultants can identify changes in patient response to therapy which enables them to recommended modification of the patients therapy to the dialysis clinic staff.

At Pentec Health, our monitoring program begins prior to the administration of therapy with a rigorous clinical assessment. Reviewing each patient’s clinical data, we assess the need for IDPN or IPN therapy prior to initiation of therapy.

In addition to our efforts to monitor each patient’s individual results, Pentec Health reviews aggregated patient outcomes data. That information then provides us with the opportunity to make evidence-based recommendations for the optimization of therapy for future patients.
