How do I know if my insurance plan is contracted with Pentec Health, Inc for this services/therapy?
Please call your health plan (your insurance company) to verify their requirements and your coverage.
What if the services provided to me by Pentec Health, Inc are considered "out of network" by my insurance company? Can I still receive the services/therapy?
The therapy/services you will receive (or have received) from Pentec Health, Inc will be covered, but your plan may require a larger deductible or a greater percentage of payment by you. You should be able to confirm this information with your insurance company. Our Patient Financial Advocate is here to help you navigate through any additional questions you may have after speaking with your insurance company.
My renal center has requested that I receive these services and I am benefiting from them. What should I do if my insurance plan will not pay for them?
Our Patient Financial Advocate will work closely with your renal center, your insurance plan and you to coordinate care and coverage for services/therapy. In many instances, you may find that you qualify for a full financial waiver or only a small co-pay amount would be due from you.
