Joseph Cosgrove has served as President and CEO of Pentec Health since January 2008. Mr. Cosgrove brings over twenty years of diversified Life Sciences industry experience to his leadership role encompassing skill sets refined in both the public and private sectors. His most recent accomplishments in leading Pentec were recognized by his being named as a finalist in the 2010 Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program.

From 2002 until his appointment to his current role, Mr. Cosgrove was the Vice President and General Manager of several operating units of Cardinal Health Inc, namely Nuclear Pharmacy Services (2002 – 2006) and Global Pharmaceutical Services (2006-2008). Joe began his career in 1989 at Neuman Heath Services where he started as a sales representative and progressed through sales and marketing responsibilities to the level of Vice President, Pharmaceutical Marketing & Purchasing. Subsequent to Neuman, Cosgrove assumed Senior Director level Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning positions with the DuPont Pharmaceutical Company.

Joe and his wife, Missy, live in Southern New Jersey where they are active in numerous civic and philanthropic endeavors. They are the parents of three children, Mark, Tyler and Alyssa.
